Refund Policy

NEW / UNOPENED PRODUCTS

If you wish to return a product for a full refund, it must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it. 

We will accommodate full refunds within 30 days of your confirmed delivery date. Upon receiving we will credit you back the full purchase price.

USED / OPENED PRODUCTS

If you need to return an open/used product, no problem. We can offer you a similar replacement product.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If any of your products are damaged in transit, let us know right away. 
Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement at no additional cost (conditions apply).

Send an email to wildtrailbotanics@gmail.com and describe what happened.

Please include at least one clear photo of the damaged product(s).
